Which Window Am I Using? Emacs Edition

I enjoy changing up the themes for my Emacs. However, I’ve noticed that some of the fanciest themes make it very difficult to tell which buffer you’re using. So I added these lines to my .emacs that will override a default Emacs 24 theme buffer line color scheme (but not disrupt anything else) so that its more obvious what you’re working on and you can jump between windows with ease.
